Pricing and descriptions

Product descriptions, prices and promotions shown on this website should only be used as a guide and Gamekeep reserve the right to vary them without notice. Images are provided to help customers recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements, the images may not reflect exactly the pack you receive. The weight of any pre-packed products may vary marginally from that ordered and the price may change to reflect the actual weight.

All prices quoted are inclusive of value added or other taxes.

Order errors and cancellations

If there are any errors or shortages in your order call 01833 630 232or email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order. To cancel an order call 01833 630 232, or email quoting your customer number.

Delivery Information

The delivery charge on each order is dependant upon total weight.

Delivery to UK mainland addresses normally takes 2-7 working days from receipt of your order by us.

All products are sent by courier or Royal Mail and will be left in a safe place if nobody is available to accept delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not and you wish to return or exchange something, you have 30 days from the date you receive your items.

So that we can handle your return efficiently please:

  • Contact us first so that we know to expect your return
  • Post it back to us by recorded delivery (we will refund this to you if the product is faulty in any way.)
  • We will then refund you or exchange your items for you.


It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.

We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
